  • What is the highest temperature the baking sheet and cooling rack can withstand?

    The baking sheet pan can withstand temperatures of 500ºF/260ºC and the cooling rack can go up to 575ºF/300ºC.

  • What grade of aluminum is the pan made out of?

    The baking sheet is made out of strong, uncoated 18-gauge aluminum that stands up to high heat. The solid, rimmed edge also adds to its stability and strength.

  • What metal grade is the stainless steel cooling rack made out of?

    The cooling rack is made out of 304 stainless steel.

    This pan is made with a thick 18 gauge aluminum which is then reinforced with a rimmed steel material surrounding the edges that help prevent it from warping.
